Key Duties:

  • Responsibilities vary with each role and experience level, from identifying and qualifying prospective clients to finalizing deals via in-home presentations.
  • Advocate for Purelight Power and solar energy with professionalism, boosting awareness and adoption in your region.
  • Guarantee a consistently positive and premium experience for all clients.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and skill enhancement to refine your sales and customer service expertise.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Background in direct sales or a similar field preferred, including but not limited to solar, pest control, TV, mortgages, or home security systems.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • High motivation, positive outlook, and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with commission-based pay structures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and general tech-savviness are advantageous.
  • A keen interest in advancing within a dynamic sector.
  • A knack for fostering enduring customer relationships.
