Project Planner
The Project Planner is responsible for auditing client accounts and ensuring smooth installations through meticulous planning. You are responsible for documenting the full scope of a project’s needs in the designated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
What You’ll Do
– Utilize office technology: phone, email, G-Suite, as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to work through project requirements
– Be able to provide excellent customer service despite often complex customer and business needs
– Remain on task, efficient, and organized, this is a high paced environment
– Provide excellent teamwork and professionalism. This role can work with different departments, different levels of management, sub-contractors providing additional support, even governmental agencies and utilities as a part of the Solar installation process
– Follow company and departmental policies regarding conduct and employee performance. Stays current on internal processes.

Who You Are
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Google Suite experience preferred, but not required
- CRM experience preferred, but not required (i.e., Salesforce, Podio, etc.)
- Ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner
- High attention to detail
- Team-focused, positive attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Flexible and able to handle challenging situations
