Training & Enablement Coordinator

The Training and Enablement Coordinator role at Purelight Power is responsible for assisting the sales organization through helpful tools, education, software and training to drive the success of our Sales teams across multiple markets. This position will also include administrative and creative support for the Sales teams including but not limited to writing scripts, assisting with filming and ad hoc duties.

Pay Range: $45k – $50k DOE

What You’ll Do

50% | Enablement & Training

  • Write and edit sales training materials, including video scripts, copy, handbooks and flyers. 
  • Assist the Sales Enablement Manager with brainstorming for future training materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers across the company to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and utilize those concepts in various forms of training material. 
  • Provide training and information to inquiring sales personnel concerning any processes, procedures and new programs being created.

20% | Software Upkeep

  • Review potential software and troubleshoot issues with enablement programs. 
  • Collaborate with the IT Department in partnership with the Sales Enablement Manager to identify new solutions and optimized processes for current procedures. 
  • Manage program user base and maintain accounts, including adding and removing sales personnel as needed. 

15% | Creatives

  • Collaborate with the Creatives Department to produce, edit and provide feedback on any training videos filmed for the Sales Department. 
  • Occasionally be featured in Sales Training videos on an as-needed basis. 

5% | Administrative Duties

  • Duties and responsibilities ad hoc for the Sales team.

Who You Are

  • Prior experience in sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with project management 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Prior experience of a proper sales culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with teams and offices in multi-state locations.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Suite.
